Raabta by Komyosys
Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply to Raabta, the WhatsApp customer-support platform provided by Komyosys (“we”): the web app used by businesses and their staff, and the WhatsApp conversations it handles for them.
1. For businesses using Raabta
- You connect a WhatsApp Business number you own or are allowed to use, and you follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. You are responsible for the messages your business, its staff and its AI assistant send.
- Use customer data only to serve your customers, under your own privacy notice and applicable law.
- Owners and admins decide which staff and AI agents can access data, and can revoke access at any time.
- Keep passwords and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity on your accounts.
- WhatsApp charges for some messages; those charges and paid Raabta add-ons are billed as agreed with you.
- Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access data you aren’t authorised to see.
2. For people messaging a business
- An AI assistant may answer first. Its answers are for guidance; if something is unclear or important, ask for a person.
- Please don’t send passwords, card numbers or other secrets in chat.
- WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of WhatsApp.
3. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on third parties (such as WhatsApp) and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. We may change or improve features over time.
4. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, AI-generated answers acted on without review, or misuse of accounts.
5. Ending access
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion).
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
